LOGIC - BUFFERS, DRIVERS, RECEIVERS, TRANSCEIVERS: 74AC541MTCX APPLICATION FIELD AND WORKING PRINCIPLE

The 74AC541MTCX is a high-speed buffer circuit with a wide range of applications, including communications, military and aerospace, automotive, and industrial. It is a 3-state buffer which is designed using advanced CMOS technology and operates at a supply voltage range from 1.2V to 5.5V. It has a typical propagation delay of 12ns, a typical output voltage swing of 2.4V, and a typical power dissipation of 11mW. In normal operation, the minimum high-level output current will be -0.8mA, while the low-level output current will be +0.8mA.
