The 74ACT1284MSAX is a Logic - Specialty Logic device from Texas Instruments. The 74ACT1284MSAX was designed with low power consumption in mind. Its power requirements are typically 12 mA at 5V and 27µA in power-down mode. The device also features active-low Cascade enable pins (AEN and BEN) to enable bulk power-down of the device whenever desired.
