The 74ACTQ08SC is a quad positive-edge triggered 2-input AND gate with Schmitt trigger inputs. This part contains four independent gates. Each gate contains two inputs and a single output. The outputs of the gates are ANDed so that they are active when two or more inputs are HIGH (i.e., logic-1). The Schmitt trigger inputs transform slow input edges into a fast transition at the output.
