Flip Flops are logical devices used to control the flow of data within a system. In particular, Flip Flops work by receiving a pattern of electrical signals (inputs) and then outputting a similar pattern of signals (outputs) in response. An important type of Flip Flop are known as the 74HC574D and 652.
