Logic Flip-Flops are logical circuits that are built with bistable multivibrator, it consists of cross-coupled inverters or NAND gates or NOR gates. The output of flip-flop consists of two stable states, the states are known as S and R. For example, a flip-flop with logic 0 at the S and R inputs will result in logic 1 at the Q output and logic 0 at the Q output.The 74LVC273D is an 8-bit Register-Latch designed for low voltage (3.3V) application. It can operate at frequencies as high as 100MHz, and is suitable for low voltage logic designs. It has two clock inputs, CLK and CLK, and allows multiple types of latches and registers among its various outputs. The output of the register consists of flip-flop, this consists of two stable states, the states are known as S and R.
