The integrated circuit is designed to provide a very low power, fast buffer/driver that switches data between two directions. It has an extremely low input capacitance of 1pF, making it ideal for high speed data transmission.The integrated circuit is a two-input, two-output buffer using the complementary outputs to form an inverter by tying their inputs together.
