As one type of Logic - Buffers, Receivers, Transceivers, Drivers, the 74LVTH16245BDL are advanced low-voltage high-speed octal transceivers/bus-transceivers with 3-state outputs. It is designed for asynchronous two-way communications between data buses.This device contains a built-in set of bi-directional buffers of 8 bits per buffer. The 3- state outputs enable the external bus-driving circuits to be placed in a high-impedance state.The 74LVTH16245BDL features include low input and output leakage current and good noise margin. The power supply includes ±4.5V to ±5.5V range and can function with a supply voltage as low as ±3V but the device will not meet TTL voltage level specifications.
