Working Principle

The 794631-2 rectangular connectors are two pieces of connectors which are made of a base, a crystal, and a metallic shield. The base is where the connector is connected to the device. The crystal holds the signal pins which are in direct electrical contact with the base. The metal shield covers the crystal for extra safety and protection against electromagnetic disturbances.
