7M-19.2000MAHJ-T

The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T is a high stability temperature compensated crystal oscillator (TCXO) device designed to meet the stringent requirements of today\'s communication, telecommunications and broadcast systems. The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T TCXO is a miniature, hermetically sealed surface mounted quartz crystal oscillator designed to operate over the wide temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and provide differential mV level sinusoidal output.

Application Field

The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T is ideal for use in communications, GPS, GSM, broadcast and other high reliability/high stability applications. Additionally, The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T has been designed for use in a wide range of systems and applications where low power, compact size, accurate timing and low-noise operation is required.

Working Principle

The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T TCXO uses the latest in piezo-electric crystal techology to create highly accurate oscillator modules. It contains a MEMS-based temperature compensating control circuit, which utilizes a finely tuned oscillator circuit to minimize the frequency drift due to temperature variation and maintain stability under harsh environmental conditions. At the heart of the 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T is a quartz crystal vibrating at a pre-defined frequency. The crystal is held in an electromechanical resonant circuit and its frequency depends on the components of the circuit itself. The 7M-19.2000MAHJ-T also utilizes a temperature compensating circuit, which compensates for the variation in crystal frequency due to environmental temperature change by changing the similiarly resonant circuit components in order to maintain a predefined frequency.
