An Aluminum - Polymer capacitor (APC) is an energy storage device, made of an shell of aluminum and a dielectric element inside. It\'s a high voltage, polarizable capacitor that has an extremely wide range of applications. The aluminum-polymer capacitor’s specialty is a combination of traditionally discrete aluminum electrolytic, tantalum and ceramic type capacitors into one device.
