Working Principle

The 8903VBG socket works by providing electrical connection between two points. This connection is accomplished through the use of a combination of four plastic latches and four metal washers. The plastic latches help to secure the socket on the PCB and the metal washers ensure electrical contact between the socket and the pins. The socket pins are also designed to fit into the PCB very tightly so that there is no gap or separation.

The socket is designed to also reduce signal noise and distortion by having the pins, the socket, and the PCB all lined up so that there is no “resonance” caused by the components. Additionally, the socket is designed to give the same signal strength both in the transmit and the receive mode, which helps to reduce errors and increase data accuracy.
