Working Principle

The sensor contains five pins, including a power-supply pin, an output pin, a ground pin, an internal offset adjustment pin, and an internal gain adjustment pin. The power pins supply a DC voltage and the output pin supplies the output response voltage. The offset adjustment pin adjusts the quiescent output voltage of the sensor in order to compensate for the offset of the analog signal, while the gain adjustment pin adjusts the sensitivity of the sensor to a specific range.
