The ACC-ANTASY3120-AH’s application field involves the testing, measurement, analysis, and evaluation of radio frequency (RF) systems. It is a 4-port vector network analyzer, with a single wideband signal source suitable for all popular frequencies. It allows for the rapid prototyping, emulation, validation and debugging of complex RF systems.

The working principle of the ACC-ANTASY3120-AH follows the convention of a vector network analyzer (VNA); a stable, high-performance RF source is exerted into the device under test (DUT), while the reflected signal is simultaneously measured by the VNA. The comparator mechanism in the VNA allows for the various linear and non-linear parameters of the DUT to be measured. Examples of measured parameters include S-parameters, reflection coefficient, insertion loss and return loss.

The ACC-ANTASY3120-AH supports a wide range of inputs; from 50 200 MHz to 6 GHz, enabling the testing of a multitude of RF systems. It also features a frequency sweep function, as well as graphical display of the data, making it a great tool for RF engineers. Other features include dynamic range ragging, multi-channel synchronization, trace averaging, and real-time noise floor measurement.

In addition to the above features, the ACC-ANTASY3120-AH also offers a unique measurement feature; OTA-Generated 8 Impedance Calculations. This feature provides a quick and efficient way to measure the impedance of a device under test, without the need to de-embed the test fixtures. This feature greatly simplifies the testing process, saving valuable time and resources.
