ACPL-M75L-500E Application Field and Working Principle

Optoisolators-Logic Output devices consist of an LED and an optically coupled integrated circuit (IC). The ACPL-M75L-500E optoisolator is available as a surface mount DIP (Dual In-Line Package) or SOIC (Small Out-Line Integrated Circuit) package. This device is designed to provide a high speed, high noise immunity logic output intended for driving high-speed FET, high-side switch, low-side switch, and relay drivers. The device is rated for a 500mA continuous load current with up to 4us response time. This device features a 30V rated isolation voltage and a 5V to 10.2V operating supply voltage.

Principle of Operation
