The AD5764RCSUZ is a monolithic, high-precision, 16-bit, Serial Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) specifically designed to address a broad range of industrial, consumer, and automotive data-acquisition applications. This DAC features a ±5 ppm/°C maximum drift internally generated reference, low glitch energy and wide output swing up to ±10 V. The DAC is available in an 8-lead LFCSP that requires a single 5 V supply. An integrated voltage reference eliminates the need for a second power supply, simplifying the design and reducing cost. This DAC has an on-board EEPROM that is used to store system calibration data, allowing the user to optimize system performance. The EEPROM provides 4096 bits of non-volatile memory.

The architecture of the AD5764RCSUZ is designed to provide the highest level of precision signal conversion. The DAC core consists of 22-bit registers and selected EEPROM that are clocked into the DAC bit slice for DAC value control.
