ADS62P23EVM Working Principle

It can simultaneously sample up to 8 single-ended analog inputs, or 4 differential analog inputs, and the sample-and-hold circuits feature very low sample-and-hold feedthrough. The converter’s digital outputs can be used in system evaluation and debugging via the JTAG interface port. The ADS62P23 provides a total of 24 analog input pins that are divided into four channels, each with 8 inputs.
