The ADSP-BF532SBSTZ400 is a highly advanced signal processor designed for embedded applications in the communications and networking industries. It is a dual core signal processor with advanced signal and data processing capability. The processor is based on the latest Analog Devices’ C-ray® Core architecture, which is designed for high throughput and scalability across various application fields.The ADSP-BF532SBSTZ400 is a highly flexible device, supporting a wide range of signal, data processing and communications functions. The processor is designed to cater for the needs of both for embedded real-time control applications such as home and office automation and for high-performance digital signal processing (DSP) applications. It is well suited for applications requiring a high level of performance and flexibility such as wireless access points and infrastructure components, modems, time-division multiplexing and digital networks.The ADSP-BF532SBSTZ400 is able to process commands very quickly, with a processing frequency of 125MHz. It is also equipped with 8K bytes of on-chip flash memory and 8K bytes of on-chip SRAM, allowing it to store and execute commands. Additionally, it has 32-bit wide data paths, allowing it to multiplex and de-multiplex data from its various inputs.The processor supports various levels of operating systems such as Linux, VxWorks, ThreadX, Real-Time Executive, or others. It also comes with an extensive library of application-specific instructions (ASI) for DSP functions such as fast fourier transforms (FFT) or matrix operations.
