The 16-bit 500 MHz processor executes instructions at a high speed and hence increases the computing speed of the device while making it highly efficient. The SPI, VGA, CAN and Serial buses integrate on chip supporting up to 16-bit data width. The operating voltage range of the device is 1.8V to 3.6V.
