ADSP-CM408CSWZ-BF Series Mixed-Signal Control Processors Based on ARM® Cortex-M4TM processor core with floating point unit, operating frequency up to 240 MHz, integrated up to 384 kB of SRAM memory, 2 MB of flash memory, Accelerators and peripherals for motor control and optimization Photovoltaic (PV) inverter control and an analog block consisting of two 16-bit SAR ADCs and two 12-bit DACs. this The ADSP-CM408CSWZ-BF family operates from a single supply (VDD_EXT/VDD_ANA), generating its own internal voltage supply using the internal regulator and external thru- transistor. This family of mixed-signal control processors offers low static power consumption and low power consumption and low production voltage design approach to provide world-class processor and ADC performance with lower power consumption.
