The electric field then induces current in the receiving coil, where the generated current is proportional to the input currents.To ensure higher performance and reliable data transmission, ADUM3223BRZ isolates the signals with the help of transformer transformers that are magnetically sealed and completely isolated from each other. It further ensures reliable surge protection and ESD immunity by adding built-in diodes to the transformer coils. The transformer transformers in ADUM3223BRZ have a high transition frequency of up to 1.8 MHz and isolation voltage of 4.5 kVrms for up to 30s.
