Working principle

AFB0512HD DC fan works on the same principle as other DC fans. Its core consists of a tiny motor and a set of electrical coils placed in three sets of poles with one pair of opposite magnetic poles. The motor uses an electromagnet to create a magnetic field. When electric current flows through the coils, the electromagnet creates a magnetic force that causes the motor to rotate in one direction. This rotation sets up a circular airflow due to the blades attached to the motor shaft.

At the same time, the blades attached to the motor shaft create a low pressure zone and a high pressure zone. This causes the air to flow in the direction of the low pressure zone resulting in a generated cooling effect.
