RF Transmitters: AK3713

AK3713 is a single-chip radio frequency (RF) transmitter that is compatible with a variety of radio frequencies. It integrates various components, such as a PA, mixer, VCO, LO buffer, driver, and power amplifier, into a single chip. Working Principle
