The AT91SAM9G45C-CU microprocessor is part of a family of ARM Cortex-A9 based embedded processors from Atmel Semiconductor. The AT91SAM9G45C-CU microprocessor is a low-power and cost-effective solution for embedded designs in industrial and consumer products.

The AT91SAM9G45C-CU microprocessor is designed to enable the development of applications in a wide variety of embedded fields by providing high performance and low power consumption. The AT91SAM9G45C-CU microprocessor features the ARM Cortex-A9 processor core running at 800 MHz with a 128kB on-chip instruction and data caches. The processor supports a wide range of peripherals including two high-speed USB 2.0 host ports, one 10/100 Ethernet MAC, four UARTs, two CAN controllers, one MCI controller and an SD/MMC slot interface. The microprocessor also supports an additional 32-bit PCI Express interface.

The AT91SAM9G45C-CU microprocessor can also enter low-power standby modes when running idle, further reducing system power consumption.
