The AXT336124 is a highly advanced rectangular connector from the Arrays, Edge Type, Mezzanine (Board to Board) range. It assures tight lock and highly reliable electrical connection over a wide range of applications including commercial, medical equipment, industrial motor control, telecommunications, consumer electronics and general surveillance. The AXT336124 provides a low profile and robust solution for board-to-board plugging in. This connector is designed to meet the needs of both blanketed or unshielded cable and wire application.

The AXT336124 features 4 contact signal, 4 power, and 4 ground as necessary in the most popular markets; enabling key design flexibility with the use of flat cable, round cable and laser cut wire. It has 4P contact design that allows stack height low profile (less than 1mm) and helps to improve the EMI performance. The entire external metal shell is constructed of RoHS compliant, nickel plated phosphor bronze material. Moreover, tin-plated beryllium copper inserts and stainless steel with RoHS compliant contact pin options are also available.

The AXT336124 is designed to provide excellent performance in next generation applications, with a current rating up to 6A and a contact resistance not exceeding 25mΩL. In addition, the connectors feature excellent insertion force characteristics, high durability, with a push-pull mating mechanism that accommodates 1,000 mating cycles.

Thanks to the smart construction, this connector row ensures an ergonomic handling of the plug assembly and is suitable for automatic assembly by robot, as well as for manual use. With a dielectric withstand voltage of 1.5KVac, the AXT336124 is suitable for wide range of power supply, either AC or DC.
