AZ23B13-HE3-18, developed by AZ Technology, is a series of Zener diode array. It is designed with reverse power protection, withstanding a maximum reverse power of 13W. The operating temperature ranges from -40°C up to 125°C. The AZ23B13-HE3-18 also has some other features, such as low clamping Voltage, and very small allowance current.

Working Principle

The AZ23B13-HE3-18 has two opposite leads; one is the anode and the other is the cathode.
