Application Field

The BBL-126-G-E is an advanced rectangular connector and connector header that offers fast, secure connections in high-voltage or high-speed applications. Working Principle

The BBL-126-G-E accept 12 cupped, tapered, open-ended pins as male connectors. The designed incorporates two snap-on casings so that one can easily connect and disconnect the connectors. The pins are retained by locking slots in the terminals and therefore, no additional tools are required for fixing the pins. The casings also provide a strong mechanical bond between the pins and the printed circuit board (PCB).

The product also features contacts that are protected against mechanical shocks, vibrations, dust, and water. It also features shock protection and static protection for reliable performance in harsh temperatures. The spring force helps in providing good contact force between the contacts for strong electrical connections.
