BCM54616C0KFBG is a highly integrated 10Base-T/100Base-TX/1000Base-T Gigabit Ethernet physical layer transceiver (PHY). Developed on a 65-nm CMOS process, the BCM54616C0KFBG supports three independent channels of 10 Mb/s, 100 Mb/s or 1 Gb/s data rates over copper cables with a copper 1000BASE-T interface or with a 10 Gb/s optical interface.
