Working Principle

BCS-143-L-PE-011 adopts an ejector mechanism that is operated by a manual plunger. It takes full advantage of the low-cost contacts featured in the UL & CSA compliant rectangular connectors. The working principle of BCS-143-L-PE-011 includes three components, namely the handleplate, the male pin, and the female pin. The handleplate is connected to the male pin with a movable hinge, and the female pin is connected to the male pin by an elastic bridge. When the handleplate is manually operated, the male pin moves forward, and the female pin is pushed forward by the elastic bridge. Eventually, the female pin succcessfully connects with the male pin, achieving the purpose of connecting two parts together.
