When the overload current exceeds the instantaneous rating value, the fuse element will break and the circuit protection action is completed. The delayed action time is approximately 0.1 seconds, which allows the voltage drop of the circuit to be stabilized before the current protective action is taken and prevents fusing due to instantaneous high current.

The BK/GDB-315MA is also equipped with a unique automatic reset function. After the protective action is completed, when the current returns to a normal and safe state, the retaining bolt will automatically close the switch contacts under the action of its own spring force and reset the circuit. Therefore, no manual reset is required.
