The BKT-145-05-L-V-S-A-P-TR from Mill-Max is a Rectangular Connectors - Headers, Male Pins product with a 4.8 by 3.2mm pitch. The connector is designed to accommodate a wide variety of wire-to-board and board-to-board applications and is built to IP67 and IP68 waterproof standards.The BKT-145-05-L-V-S-A-P-TR is ideal for use as a power connection or power link between two printed circuit boards in medical, instrumentation, and communication devices. The secure connection of the pins to the board is N.C. grade. It also features a key-way design for reliable and secure mating.The contact legs of the BKT-145-05-L-V-S-A-P-TR are made of stainless steel and gold plated in order to provide the best electrical contact with the mating device. The contact legs are firmly connected to the board through 4 pins/holes and 4 terminals/pins. The pins are copper plated and the terminals are phosphor bronze screw/rivet terminals. The headers are made of thermoplastic ULV-2, which offers insulation and support to the contact legs.The pins of the BKT-145-05-L-V-S-A-P-TR use a 2.54mm (0.1") pitch and 8.89mm (0.35") length. The contact legs of the header are 0.48mm (0.02") in diameter and 0.3mm (0.012") in height. The headers also feature a two-piece construction for easier installation on printed circuit board.The BKT-145-05-L-V-S-A-P-TR product series is RoHS compliant and meets requirements for endurance, temperature cycling and shock and vibration.
