The CES-146-02-S-S-RA is an ultra-high-density rectilinear power header designed specifically for use in a broad array of electronic systems. Its construction consists of a rectangular housing and two rows of two-position single row contacts with a shrouded receptacle on each side to accept mating wires. The housing is made of a thermoplastic that is UL 94V-0 rated for maximum safety and durability. The black and silver contact pins are made of high-conductivity gold-plated bronze and feature a 90% surface area coverage for excellent electrical performance.

The CES-146-02-S-S-RA is ideally suited for digital generating, transmitting, and display equipment such as stereos, TVs, computers, and DVRs. The design provides both protected power contacts (on the outer row) and signal contacts (on the inner row) on the same connector.
