CFM-8025-23-10

The CFM-8025-23-10 is an axial DC fan designed for applications requiring air movement in confined spaces. This type of fan is primarily used for cooling and circulation of air within an enclosure. It is typically used in devices that require a small amount of ventilation such as computers, small electronics, and data-storage devices.

This fan measures 25mm across and is constructed from aluminum and steel for improved durability. Its blades are designed to reduce air resistance and operate quietly and efficiently. The fan draws power from any DC source, such as a computer or battery pack, using a standard 4-pin connector.

Working Principle

The CFM-8025-23-10 works using the principle of hydrodynamics. In this case, the fan has two sets of blades that rotate in opposite directions at the same speed. As air passes through the fan blades, they create a low-pressure area in front of them and a high-pressure area behind them. This difference in pressure drives air through the fan and out the other side. As the fan blades rotate faster, they create a greater difference in pressure and move more air.

The CFM-8025-23-10 is able to move a maximum of 15m3/h of air and is capable of reaching speeds of up to 5000rpm. It is rated for temperatures between 0 °C and 50 °C (32 °F and 122 °F).
