The CM6594R-254 is a high performance, low cost common mode choke that provides superior performance when employed in computers, noncomputer based electronics, communications, and instrumentation equipment. The CM6594R-254 can selectively filter power and signal lines within many frequency ranges and is suitable for both Class A and Class B EMI performance levels.

In addition, due to its high performance in rejection of noise, the CM6594R-254 can be used for high frequency signal applications in the 250MHz to 300Mhz range, such as in telecommunication systems.

Working Principle

The basic principle of operation of the CM6594R-254 is based on the fact that electrical noise generated by electronic equipment dissipates as it travels along a conductor.
