The terminals of this product are suitable for flexible and rigid-flexible PCBs.The working principle of theCMF5514R000DHRE is based on thermoelectricity. The ceramic substrate is composed of multiple ceramic layers. With the application of the heating current, the ceramic substrate will generate a voltage across each ceramic layer. This voltage is then passed through the gold or silver resistive element which is connected to the terminals, producing the desired resistance value.
