Constructed from a ceramic body, it features multi-point contacts, stainless-steel termination tabs, gold-plated tin solder legs and an insulated block body. The resistor is capable of withstanding repeated temperature shock up to +250℃ and can operate at a continuous temperature of +225℃ over the rated wattage, without the need for additional derating. It is capable of providing thermal stability up to +250℃, with its ability to self-regulate at high-temperature conditions. Its high-power insulation system can also achieve superior electrical insulation stability under high temperature conditions.
The resistance value of the resistor is usually set up in accordance to the given application and ranges from 4 Ohms to 4 Megohms, with the minimum resistance tolerance of 1%.
