Optical sensors which are based on optical technology to detect the reflected light of the environment can be divided into two major categories: Photoelectric sensors and Industrial sensors. Among them, CX-421-Z is a widely used optical sensor in industrial applications.

CX-421-Z is a photoelectric sensor featuring a rugged and vibration-proof housing and cable output connector with a supporting range of -25°C~ +80°C. It is ideal for hazardous sample measurements, sampling at high-temperature or high-vacuum environment, and offline measurements due to its compact size and pliability.
