Working Principle

The CXA-L0524-NJL is based on a regenerative pulse-width modulation (PWM) inverter design. It utilizes IGBTs to control the output voltage and frequency and a diode to provide a regenerative power path. The IGBTs are modulated by the inrush current limit circuit, proportional–integral (PI) speed and voltage controllers, and a dead-time compensation circuit. This ensures that the IGBTs are turned on and off in a precise and controlled manner and that the output phase current is maintained as close to a sinusoidal waveform as possible. The regenerative power path helps to provide high efficiency operation while reducing overall losses.
