The DCA-ACR-16-M-2 connector series is also designed to meet environmental requirements, being built with an O-ring adopted from mil-specification 46177. The O-ring creates an IP68 sealing which reduces the risk of contamination by dust and water particles both inside and outside the connector shield. The connectors are designed to withstand temperatures ranging from -55°C to +125°C.
