DIN-080RSD-SR1-HM application field and working principle
DIN 41612 is a connector standard developed by the Deutsche Institut für Normung e.V. (DIN), which defines special connectors for internal and external signal connection of the backplane, thus providing uniformity and cohesion for the plug connections of the backplane. DIN-080RSD-SR1-HM is a kind of connector in the DIN 41612 family.

Working Principle

The contact fingers of the connector are pressed against the contact pins on the mating part to achieve the connection.
