The DS2119ME/T&R Signal Terminator is a power saving, cost-effective solution for isolating safely short-circuit current between loops of electronic systems, as well as permitting communications between two points. This series features 6-way terminals and integrated ground wires, advanced thermal and creepage protection, EMC-ready signal connections, and the latest motion sensing power saving and signal demodulation principles.
The DS2119ME/T&R offers superior performance when used as an interface between signal sources and signal receivers. It comes with an integrated, low-distortion signal amplifier circuit, advanced signal monitoring, thermal protection, and a capability to ride through signal interference and EMI/RFI. This series is ideal for industrial and automotive applications, such as signal transmission, power control, and data acquisition.
The unique Signal Jack feature of the DS2119ME/T&R allows the user to easily link equipment to networks or any other signal source. The tiny interface terminals permit a single-hole mounting in circuit boards, while the built-in self-test feature ensures system reliability and performance. The interface supports short-circuit protection, as well as signal level indication and signal conversion, and offers high speed data transmission up to 500kbps.
