The device can operate from a single 3.3V supply and integrates a 4×4 temperature-compensated VCO core along with 50 ppm/°C, ±5 ppm/°C, ±15 ppm/°C and ±25 ppm/°C temperature control that can be selected by the user at end of production.
The DSC1122CI1-156.2500 has a programmable oscillator frequency range from 12 KHz to 156.25 MHz, with a resolution of 1KHz. It provides a 330 Hz to 1.5 MHz reference frequency range, with a selectable reference frequency accuracy of ±1%, ±2%, ±5% and ±10%. It also provides a 3-state spread spectrum frequency modulation, with up to 0-5% tone shift for the modulation frequency.
