The DSC400-3333Q0093KE2T is a high performance, 0.8 mm profile, high frequency oscillator that is ideally suited for high speed clock applications, low noise communications and industrial applications.The DSC400-3333Q0093KE2T is a SMD package that is rated up to 266.67MHz, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and an operating voltage range of 2. 5V to 3.3V. The output signal is a clean square wave with a duty cycle of 45/55%. This oscillator module is also protected against ESD. The DSC400-3333Q0093KE2T offers a high stability with temperatures coefficients down to ±100ppm and a programming power supply of 1.8V – 3.3V.
