EAP-30-221 is a type of power line filter module that is widely used in various electrical applications. It is a first-order low-pass filter that is designed to remove noise and other interferences from power lines. This filter is mainly composed of a fully insulated three-phase transformer, and two large inductors, and two capacitors, to provide high operational efficiency.

In general, power line filter modules work by filtering out any interference from the power line while maintaining the proper functioning of the components attached to it. The filter modules are capable of blocking high-frequency noise, including radio frequency interference, and electromagnetic interference. In addition, the filter also protects the components attached to it from damage caused by over-voltage, over-current, or over-temperature.
