In particular, the ECS-2033-130-BN oscillator is a miniature size, high stability and low noise oscillator used in the communications, instrumentation and control fields.

In essence, the ECS-2033-130-BN oscillator is a voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) constructed with a field-effect transistor (FET). Its input includes a power supply GND and +5V, VCTRL and TEST pins, and the control source would be normally Logic signals, like CMOS or TTL. It features a positive/negative peak to peak voltage range up to ±400mV, making it suitable for most of the analog-to-digital (ADC) converter. As a matter of fact, the ECS-2033-130-BN oscillator has widespread applications, including but not limited to signal synthesis, signal integration, pulse control, frequency modulation, frequency synthesis, and code synthesis.

For example, when the TEST is connected to GND, it will offer more linear frequency-voltage characteristics, also facilitate the frequency adjustment with higher accuracy, making it possible to build a precise instrument or control system. The Test pin can also be disconnected from GND to get wider voltage adjustment range. This enables easy deploy of the ECS-2033-130-BN oscillator in different applications, and enables accurate fine-tuning of the output frequency.
