Both, the VCXO and the TCXO, ensure constant frequency output and RF transmission in the entire range (2 to 150Mhz).

The two crystals, utilized in the ECS-25-S-1X, are efficiently combined in order to produce the perfect output frequency waveform. Firstly, the TCXO is utilized for stabilizing the frequency throughout the entire range. Secondly, the tuned VCXO ensures the accuracy and clarity of the output waveform. This combination provides for highly precise frequencies, with very tight specifications and reduces phase noise of the output waveform.
