The ECW-H10912JVB is a DC link film capacitor specifically designed for use in high power voltage converter and inverter systems. This type of capacitor features high energy density, high stable capacity, high protection class (IP00) and wide operating temperature range (-25°C ~ +80°C). The ECW-H10912JVB is a radial lead capacitor that features a dielectric of metalized polypropylene film. The anode and cathode leads are of tinned copper-clad steel and feature a silver coating to improve solderability. The maximum voltage rating of the capacitor is 800VDC with a rated capacitance of 122uF. The capacitor has a temperature coefficient of ±25% at 90Hz, ±20% at 20kHz and a noise ripple of 8uA.

The working principle of the ECW-H10912JVB is based on the process of ‘charge storage’. In this process, when a voltage is applied, an electric field is defined that causes the positive and negative charges to separate and accumulate in the two separate phases of the capacitor.
