Oscillators

An oscillator is an electronic device that produces a steady, sinusoidal alternating voltage or current. In general, oscillators operate by converting a direct current input into a regularly repeating, sinusoidal output signal. Working Principle

The ECX-H35BN-12.288 oscillator works as a voltage controlled oscillator which uses a Voltage Controlled Crystal Oscillator (VCXO) inside of it. The VCXO is essentially a precision quartz crystal, which is designed to be controlled with an external voltage.
