Working Principle

The EHT-113-01-S-D-SM-26-TR is a two row, 26 position right angle, solder tail, through hole header. It has 2.00mm (0.0787 in) pitch, 4.2mm standard body height, 2.4mm mating length, and 4.0mm stamped length. The right angle mating side of the header allows for a two-dimensional mating connection as the rectangular connector has two perpendicular rows. The contacts are arranged in an offset 2X1 pattern, allowing for multiple sequential connections. The male pins are soldered on the printed circuit board, creating a connection with other electrical devices, such as so2 sensors, transistors, and relays.

The connector uses metal terminal with single contact retention. The retention force of the contact is a minimum of 100N. It has excellent electrical performance, high contact reliability and good mechanical stability. The contact is made of phosphor bronze material which provides excellent electrical conductivity and low contact resistance. The contacts are gold-plated, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-lasting connections. The insulation housing is made of high temperature thermoplastic material, which allows for the use of soldering under high temperatures without damage. The header is offered in four different colors, allowing for easier traceability between the connector and the source.
