The EL1528CREZ-T7 interface family provides high-speed, low-power performance with a selectable slew rate setting. These devices are optimized for applications up to 150MHz in SPI, UART and I2C buses. Each EL1528CREZ-T7 device includes driver and receiver outputs plus an integrated turn-off time delay set by an external capacitor.

The EL1528CREZ-T7 is ideal for driving flat-panel display panels, high-speed A/D converters, and any other applications where low-power but high-speed digital signals are needed. It also features an adjustable slew rate, providing for optimized trade-offs between faster rise/fall times and lower power consumption.
