The ELM 2-795 is a cutting-edge spacer and standoff technology employed in LED applications to maintain the precise spatial placement of LED components. The ELM 2-795 spacer and standoff technology consists of four components, the basic component of which is a rounded spacer tube made out of the material, EPDM. This EPDM is a head dielectric material with outstanding resistance to aging, oxidation, temperature and pressure changes, UV radiation and electromagnetic interference, ensuring that it maintains performance in the most demanding circumstances. The second component is a square spacer ring made out of EPDM rubber, which is then mounted to the mounting surface using epoxy or similar adhesive.
